Love the closeup of the milkweed! I had no idea the blooms were so pretty and intricate.

Glad the flood waters are receding.

Not only that, but they smell glorious! I am letting such flowers grow in my gardens. Weeds - no. They are beautiful flowers.

I absolutely love that bottom photo - riverbank, reflection, subtle green leaves, glorious flower. I think I can smell the fragrance from here.

Weeds, no, no, beautiful wild flowers, do you get Monarh Butterflies?

I love drops of water on flowers, lovely and unusual flowers, for me.

Both are lovely photos but I especially like the drops of water on the flowers.

I love milkweed. They have beautiful flowers in the summer and such great pods in the fall. I always think their seeds must have such wonderful adventures on their way. And, they attract monarch butterflies too!
