Ice at the Water's Edge

These photos show the ice formed right at the edge of the Lake.

I am interested in the space between the ice and the water, and the bubbles of ice. New ice formation for me.

Those crystals upon crystals of ice look as lovely as sparkling Christmas ornaments...only even better in Mother Nature's world. :o)

Love the way you caught the 'ice bubbles'. Very cool!

I also love the first picture - the ice has a fantastic blueish color that is very dramatic - and cold looking.
