Bindweed

I found some bindweed blossoms beside the path through the field. They are a terrible nuisance when they get into a crop, but these are in a wildish area, so I can admire their beauty. Yes, they are related to morning glories.

What timing on this! I just saw some of these flowers yesterday while walking near the river! I hadn't had time to look them up when I got home - you're going to make it easy! I love the pink touches on these flowers. So delicate, yet so persistent.

I may have seen these today by the pond. They were smaller than morning glory and had intertwined themselves every where. My macro is not as clear as yours. Your photos are breathtaking!
